How to Refer:

1. Get in touch with your referral and determine if their dental or dental specialty practice could benefit from any of the Sesame suite of solutions, and if they are interested in speaking with a Sesame representative for more information. Our expectation is that you’ve had a conversation with them, and that they wish to be contacted by us.

2. Complete this referral form and tell us about your referral.

3. If your referral ends up purchasing any Sesame service, we will send you a $100 gift card. For each referral which turns into a Sesame Member, you’ll also be entered into a quarterly for your choice of the new Apple iPad or a $500 gift card.

Sesame services are only available to dental or dental speciality practices (orthodontic, periodontic, pedodontic, etc)

Only Sesame members are eligible to receive rewards and entry into the drawing

Referred practices must not be current Sesame members in order for the referring practice to earn rewards (i.e. a member cannot refer another member through this program)
